A very pleasant discovery

Cicciolotti are a typical tradition of country life. In the countryside of the Emilia region where deli-meats are the stars, pork “Ciccioli” were a must in all farm celebrations.

Chef’s Tips

The traditional combination is with polenta and a glass of Lambrusco. Today we can enjoy them also with flat bread, focaccias and croutons. Delicious with the traditional local fried dough. To be enjoyed as a finger food and snack paired with sparkling white or red wine.
