We are proud of this recipe: fully deboned chicken breast, flavoured with a mix of herbs and flavours (rosemary, sage, garlic and bay leaf) salt, lemon and white wine, stuffed with fresh spinach and Parmigiano Reggiano.
The product is hand tied before being oven cooked.

Chef’s Tips

Enjoy cold in paninis, sandwiches, on canapés or in appetisers.
Also cold, it is also delicious in salads, sliced thickly and cubed.
It may also be enjoyed hot, as a main course in its own right.
In this case, slice thickly and heat under the grill, in the oven, in a frying pan or in the microwave.
Reduce the thickness of the slices for use in roulades.
