HOW IT’S MADE
Fresh meat of pigs bred and reared in Italy, with a delicate but distinctive flavour, thanks to the addition of whole pieces of truffle, visible when the ham is cut, which makes its aroma unique.

Chef’s Tips

Una specialità da gustare tale e quale, al naturale, con un buon pane profumato e croccante, meglio se insieme a una fetta di formaggio semistagionato (Pecorino o Fontina).
In cucina diventa un ingrediente speciale nella farcitura di omelette e di rollate di carne, oppure tritato nell’impasto delle verdure ripiene, come le zucchine e i peperoni.
